So glad to see that you are still racing, and quite well I might add. When can we expect to see you take a stab at qualifying for the big dance in Kona? You’re the type of athlete that can do it.
I have never had a chance to look at your blog until now. I just love it! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Laura. I came across your blog when I was looking for info on Pretzel City sport’s Half-Wit. Your name and face look familiar to me, did you ever happen to run and win an award in a Race called “RR Donnelley Run for literacy?
Anyway, I see in your bio you have field hockey listed and you went to Syracuse. Did you play FH at Syracuse? They have a great program. One of my daughter’s teammates from High School is at Syracuse and another committed for this coming fall. My daughter, Emma, plays for Maryland, which has now moved to the Big 10. We are going to miss playing the Orange, they were always great games.
Great blog and good luck in your upcoming races.
Yes that was me! I did not end up playing field hockey for Syracuse – they do have a great program though. Best of luck to your daughter and to you with your racing as well!
